Ik ben er hard mee bezig, en ik hoop vanavond of morgenvroeg de bevestigingen uit te sturen.

Voorlopig:

Werner: 13u05 + 13u45
Sennake: 09u45 + 10u25
Bart VDC: 13u25 + 15u25
Rrubino: 13u45 + 14u05

Met de nadruk op "voorlopig".

Wegens het onverwacht grote succes en enkele logistieke problemen, hebben we de dagindeling een beetje moeten aanpassen.

De dag zal ingedeeld worden in 3 blokken (1 x 3 uur en 2 x 2u30), waarbij elke persoon ingedeeld wordt in één van deze blokken. Elke persoon krijgt een wagennummer toegewezen en krijgt 2 pasjes met daarop het tijdsblok, wagennummer en "PASSAGIER" of "PILOOT". Iedereen dient zich dan aan te melden in de pitstraat bij de standplaats van zijn wagennummer, waar een "first come, first served" principe van toepassing zal zijn.

Indeling paddockers:

Werner: 09u00-12u00
Sennake: 09u00-12u00
Bart VDC: 13u00-15u30 (pass.) en 15u30-18u00 (piloot)
Rrubino: 15u30-18u00

Bevestiging wordt later vandaag per e-mail naar iedereen verstuurd.
