The upcoming ESCORS Alienware Series The Silver State 200 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be aired live on the Sim Racing Network at 1.45 p.m. CET/7.45 AM EST, March 12. It will offer live flag-to-flag broadcast of the race along with color commentary and live scoring. Announcers include - among many others - Scott Fairman, Joe Baugh andTommy Olsen.
Last year's Alienware Area Two 51 was the first ESCORS Alienware Series event ever that was covered by SRN.
During the 2005 season, more ESCORS races than ever before will be seen on SRN. The season-opening ESCORS BallRacing Cup Series Daytona 300 at Daytona International Speedway was the first of up to nine events, including the ESCORS BallRacing All-Star Challenge all-star race at Lowe's Motor Speedway, of ESCORS' premier series. The Alienware Series is scheduled to have six televised races, the Gamefaction Truck Series two.
Kevin Brents leads the Alienware Series points coming to Las Vegas, but he will have to hand it over to another driver as Brents is not scheduled to be at the wheel of CDB Enterprises' No. 33 Deutsche Flugischerung Dodge this weekend. The Alienware Series regulars will be once more joined by a number of BallRacing Cup Series drivers that would like to "alienwhack."
Be sure to join SRN from Las Vegas Motor Speedway next Saturday when the ESCORS Alienware Series runs its third race of the 2005 season.
